Refund policy

                                                                          RETURN POLICY
-You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.


-The package should not be opened or broken and the product can’t be used or broken.


-The product shall be returned in its original box.


-We do not refund shipping unless it’s a faulty product. For changes or returns, the shipping costs is on the customer.


-As a consumer you have the right to get your money back within 30 days from that day we received your returned product.


-In case of claims or faulty products we will replace your product or get a refund (inclusive shipping costs). If you received        the wrong item or there was an error in your shipment, please let us know within 3 business days.


-For QlickOne Sweden AB:s  products purchased at an other retailer (if not at www.qlickone.com) we kindly ask you to             contact the retailer with your claim.
