By placing an order at QlickOne, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or have parents’ permission to buy from us.



Prices

All prices are in SEK (swedish crowns) includes 25% VAT. Note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

All prices for sales to Norway are exclusive of VAT. "VAT free. Article 146 in Directive 2006/112(EEC. Supply of goods outside the EEC-Community." Payment Options

In order to offer you Shopify payment methods, we may at the checkout share your personal information in the form of contact information and order information with for example Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna’s own data protection information.



Returns & Claims

You always have 14 days of right to withdrawal. If you choose to return your product within these 14 days, you yourself will pay for the return freight cost. More info to be found under the tab “Info/Return policy”.



Uncollected deliveries

A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the costs incurred, 100 SEK within Sweden, 400 SEK in Europe and 500 SEK in rest of the world.



Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by QlickOne as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to QlickOne and Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. By accepting the QlickOne Conditions, you agree to the above.



Force Majeure

Events outside QlickOne:s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that QlickOne is released from QlickOne:s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.



Additional Information

QlickOne reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, QlickOne has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. QlickOne shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
